Even homeowners are expected to keep their property in a safe condition and their visitors from attacking the pizza delivery guy when he comes to the door. You can be sued for negligence otherwise. Hotels and motels have been sued for lack of security when people have been attacked in their rooms. Why would you expect less from a company that sells magic and fairy tales? It's the very place you'd expect to feel safest! There should have been someone from Disney nearby to remove this woman when she started yelling obscenities, before it could become a physical confrontation. I love Disney, but they need to take action.

As an FYI, this weekend I saw MORE DISNEY POLICE then ever before walking around the parks!! And there was a whole list of ways to "STAY SAFE" in your resort room. (ie. NO ONE from Disney would EVER ask you for personal info over the phone, etc!)
Times are a changing and Disney changes too!
I do have to say though, I think some families get a false sense of security at WDW . . . I saw a lot of kids walking around that looked WAY TO YOUNG to be out by themselves.
