Even homeowners are expected to keep their property in a safe condition and their visitors from attacking the pizza delivery guy when he comes to the door. You can be sued for negligence otherwise. Hotels and motels have been sued for lack of security when people have been attacked in their rooms. Why would you expect less from a company that sells magic and fairy tales? It's the very place you'd expect to feel safest! There should have been someone from Disney nearby to remove this woman when she started yelling obscenities, before it could become a physical confrontation. I love Disney, but they need to take action.

Yes you are correct, as is Boss Mouse, I believe you were both saying the same thing in different ways. BUT...the bottom line is we as adults are, or should be, responsible for our own actions. This womans actions were unbelievable! I understand being irritable because of heat, long lines and the like...but her reaction to her feeling like she was slighted is unacceptable...period! This was a woman traveling as part of a church group??

She and she alone should be held accountable for her actions!
