Then he said something about me I didn't hear, but my DH who was behind this big thug DID hear and then he told him to watch his mouth and this guy starts threatening and I'm wondering, doesn't Disney have anybody to oversee these trams and such? This is getting to be a more and more dangerous world. These parks need to step up and at least TRY to provide a safe environment.

DISNEY is not to blame here it's the world and the people in it my dear. The worse that happened to you was a stepped on foot back in the day because people actually HAD manners and weren't self-absorbed idiots who thought they were entitled to something more. It's the world that is changing...maybe people should learn some curtesy and some manners. How can disney and how would disney man all the areas and provide security for every idiot that stepped foot in their parks? This is hardly possible. Being an agressive woman who is not shy in the least, I have no qualms putting people right in their place when they act rudely toward people or me in public. Someone needs to say something instead of allowing people to get away with this reidiculous behavior.
