I know that was the case when I worked there. Unlike WDW, DL has neighborhoods within close proximity of the park, and the fireworks are very loud. I lived 15 miles away, and I could sometimes hear them at night. So DL's agreement with Anaheim is that they will only have fireworks on weeknights during the summer, when school is out. The school systems there didn't usually get out until after the second week of June, so that's when it goes to daily fireworks.

Well, that clears it up!!! It makes me feel a little better and that makes a lot of sense. It would be tough hearing fireworks everynight.
