My parents just did a Disney cruise, and they loved it. There are some great adults-only spaces on the boat - they loved that they could be part of the "family" stuff as well as adults-only stuff.
They did the keywest-cozumel-grand caymen -disney island cruise, i think it was 7 nights.

They LOOOOOOVVVVVED it! I'm sure you would too!
