Ok - it's NOT because I'm Canadian and it's NOT because my kid works there - but I really do think the food is great. It's my husband's favourite (and he's darn picky). I can honestly say we've never had a bad meal. Some people feel the portions are too small, but I'm constantly overwhelmed by the HUGE portions at WDW and to me it's so much more enjoyable to not be so stuffed you feel sick.
Basically, it's very simple steakhouse food, prepared very well. Alberta beef makes the difference!
