I find that setting it for "indoors" and with flash off at all times gets the best pics, even outdoors in the sun, unless it's really dark.

Funny! I have a Kodak EasyShare C553 and I just (by accident) discovered that same exact thing . . . with the flash on it seems like the pictures are too whited out! |
