I haven't started packing yet. I can't focus! Mainly because I am so bad about flying, and since its a 7.5 hour flight from Toronto to Paris, I can't seem to get excited yet with that big flight in the way. I'm sure once I'm there it will be great.

I'm trying to convince myself to look past the flight and get excited, so here's my "Excitement Pep Talk"

We've got so much to look forward to on this trip - Dinner at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Versailles, romantic dinner cruise on the Seine, 3 days with family in Brussels (its become a min-reunion with my family from Italy and France also coming to Brussels to see us), and, my fave, Disneyland Paris!

I am excited to be staying at Disney's Sequoia Lodge for 2 nights, for the Wild West Dinner Show at Disney Village, and about getting to try some new Disney rides we don't have here - such as Crush's Coaster, Armegedden Special Effects, and the Indiana Jones roller coaster.

Apparently their Small World ride is the most beautiful too.

Our train from Brussels takes us right into Marne La Valle Chessy, which is the stop in Disneyland Paris, which is nice. Apparently everything is walkable, so that's good too.

Our flight leaves Monday night at 8:40, so I am working on Monday to keep myself from going crazy. So I'll be sure to say bye before i go!

I will have my blackberry (not my choice, but my stupid work always makes us take it with us when we go on vacation) and my ipod touch with wi-fi, so I might check in online while at DLRP to say hi :-)

Thanks for letting me talk myself into excitement!
Everything at DLRP Is walkable. When you come out of the main doors of the station turn left and walk straight through Disney Village if you have a pull-along suitcase. Sequoia Lodge is about a 5-7 minute walk from the station and is straight ahead through Disney Village. Alternatively, there is a bus to the hotel that leaves from the side of the station.

Crush is a fairly new ride and is not a fastpass attraction, so the line can get long. Do it first thing or last thing in order to avoid the longer lines.

Don't forget the nice frock for the Seine Cruise. You will love it. And try to eat at Blue Lagoon too, if you get the chance. It's right next door to the exit fromPirates of the Caribbean.

Enjoy!!
