We had ADR and still had to wait almost an hour to get seated. The buffet was almost empty and they weren't replensing food, we had to wait for drinks, we were celebrating MissSMIG birthday and I had to remind the waitress 3 or 4 times just for a cupcake, the waitress never came around to get the empty plates, she also came over at lease 10 times while we were eating asking if we were done yet, and she didn't want to give us our fantasmic tickets.
Oh and lastly we didn't enjoy the food that much.

Oh no, oh no, oh no . . . that is TERRIBLE!! Did you talk to a MANAGER?? You should have logged a complaint with Disney . . . that is JUST AWFUL . . . Gosh, I hope we have better luck!!
