Have you tried Clinique City Block? It's super light! It works really well and is hypoallergenic . . . pricey, but a little goes a long way, and even if you apply everyday (I do, I LIVE in FL!) it bottle lasts about 3-4 months!

I don't think I have ever seen stick sunblock...I'll be on the lookout for it.
