Re: I can't believe it!
Hot days are easy to beat. Just plan your cool down times with attraction times. Here is how I beat the heat. These are the attractions to hit when you need to just cool off, rest and not fight a line.
MK:
Mickey's Philharmagic - The cue is almost never to the outside during September. If you miss the show in front of you, you are going to get 10-15 minutes of air-conditioned cool down time.
Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor - This one you want to time so that you get inside while waiting for the next show.
Hall of Presidents - If the doors are open, you can go inside and wait for the next show.
Epcot:
Ellen's Energy Adventure - If you get there when they are just closing the doors for the previous group, you will get 35-40 minutes of peaceful AC time.
American Adventure - Always open and almost always nearly empty. A shame too, it's a great presentation.
Honey, I Shrunk the Audience - Inside cue for next show is air conditioned.
Animal Kingdom:
Conservation Station - Not only can you cool off here, but, the rain forest rooms are almost always empty.
It's Tough To Be a Bug - During September, you won't have to wait outside for the next show.
Festival of the Lion King - Show up 5-10 minutes before the show is about to start, and you will get inside right away with no outside waiting. This show typically doesn't fill up during September.
Hollywood Studios:
Great Movie Ride - During this time of the year, the entire cue will be inside.
Voyage of the Little Mermaid - It won't be packed if you time your entrance 5-10 minutes before show time. Plus, the special effects of the show will cool you off even more.
One Man's Dream - Never crowded and it has a lot of interesting little things to see if you take your time.
