Actually, it's where the Food and Fun Center was.
They closed that a few years back. Moved the arcade to one of the shops on the concourse and created "Contempo To Go" next to the bar to pick up the slack from the loss of the F&F Center CS location. Now that The Wave is going to open downstairs, they will trash out the Concourse Steakhouse and create a new permanent "Contempo To Go" CS area, and possibly slightly increase Chef Mickey's seating area.
It's probably not going to be a 2 credit signature, as Concourse was only one credit and it makes more sense to maintain that status quo for Contemporary's dining options. Call it a gut feeling.
