For the Epcot flower/garden festival there were TONS of extras for kids too do . . . but food and wine . . . I dunno? The Flower/Garden had a special book that listed all the events, concerts, kids things, etc . . . so pick one of them up when you first get too the park.
The food and wine isn't really an "event" . . . there are just EXTRA carts of specialty foods from the particular country you are in, paired with a suggested wine/beer . . . so you can stop, eat, drink and BE VERY MERRY
. . . while you walk around the countries with the kids . . . do the rides, see the characters, etc!
