I haven't heard the Osborne lights will start later this year...LET'S HOPE THAT'S NOT TRUE! I've been to WDW 3 or 4 times during December and have NEVER seen the Osborne Lights. I even watched a Disney holiday special last night (Samantha Brown...saved in my DVR) and it got me SO excited for the lights!
