Looks like they're trying to drive advanced bookings with bounceback reduced rates and are trying to break free of free dining, although as others have noted, we've only seen free dining in late August/September and they've been paring back the actual dates it's offered when they do.
Of course, with the economy tanking again, who knows what they'll do to keep rooms and parks filled next year and the year after.
