When you stay there you need to look for Isabel, she was so awesome. Every morning she greeted us by name, asked where we were going for the day, did we need anything or any help with anything. She was simply awesome.

I'll look for her--in TWO weeks. We love the staff at BCV, last summer there were two CMs who were super nice to us. Ariel, a manager I think, remembered our name and said good morning every day and another CM went out of his way to pin trade with Nate. The staff there seems to be very well trained.
I hope your problem wasn't one that ruined your trip in any way.
