You will have a great time. This year Spring Break was my kids first experience with Universal Studious and Islands of Adventure...I think they are the right age to enjoy it with each other (I have a 4, 7, 11, 13 yr old and the 4 and 7 yr old want to do what their older siblings do) and they had an awesome time and so did we. We liked both Universal parks for different reasons but definately do both if you can. Also, bring lots of pics. My 4 yr olds favorite ride was T2 (go figure!) and he was most scared on Twister. And in Island of Adventure .. you have to do the Spiderman ride! I must admit, that I couldn't go to FL without some Disney, so we did 1 day @ disney and 2 days doing Disney dining...
