Man or Woman...it doesn't matter. She called her a bad person. That was wrong. If she ment the bad behavior she should have said so. We can assume her meaning all we like, the fact is she said, "You're a bad person". In my opinion SHE'S the one that is a bad person
for being so harsh to not only another person but a child. Yes the girl was wrong for using the pass, but that in no way excuses the CM from being rude. She did her job is taking the pass away. Unless Disney was going to press charges, that is where their interaction should have stopped. Her parting words were unnecessary and hurtful. Just like you can suspect that she ment "bad behavior" one can also suspect that she was tired from being in the heat and used this oppertunity to take our her frustration on someone else.
