Yes the girl was wrong for using the pass, but that in no way excuses the CM from being rude. She did her job is taking the pass away. Unless Disney was going to press charges, that is where their interaction should have stopped. Her parting words were unnecessary and hurtful. Just like you can suspect that she ment "bad behavior" one can also suspect that she was tired from being in the heat and used this oppertunity to take our her frustration on someone else.

Well said. I don't think Disney management would have approved of the editorial comments. They are not characteristic of my experiences with Disney.
