Hey Lisa,sorry to get off the subject of this thread,but I was very interested in cullinary school myself. I have been contemplating going here in florida(north). Can you give me some info. Like: how hard was it,did you find it difficult trying to have a family and go to school. Is there alot of out of classroom work(homework). Was it hard to understand all the stuff that goes into cooking? you know along those lines. PM me if you will and we can talk.
