I have had horrible luck logging onto the site. In fact about a year ago our email changed so I went to change it online and it locked me out. I called MS and they wiped my account clean and re set the new email andI have not been able to get in since. I have been so frustrated by this that I have not done anything about it. I just don't feel like going through the hassle. This is my only complaint about Disney...the websites stink. I also used to try to pay extra towards my loan and it would never let it go through.
