I think literally all we are talking about is milk, soda and some snacks for kids and the biggest kid (me) Other than that we will just by as we need. But it always nice to have something at your fingertips especially since we are paying for a refrig.

Since your needs are minimal, IMO, I would skip the delivery service (gonna pay a fee anyway for that), and get your essentials at the resort shop. We always pack our own snacks, and only purchase milk & soda.
