Since I hadn't received that 5x promo, I called the # on the back of my card about it. I must have been on the phone for over 30 min with a very nice and chatty CM who made sure my email and address was correct and thought that maybe because we had to cancel our card (fraudulent charge) and get a new #, that might have been the reason. So she said she would send a letter to the marketing dept on my behalf about receiving the promo. Hope it works!
