Wow, reading this made me wanna say ... I failed to mention in my Trip Report that we ate at Le Cellier for lunch
... and we had a newbie being trained as our waiter ... and he dropped a steak knife on me!
He was sooo nervous! I made extra sure to let him know I was OK (I didn't get hurt, thankfully), and we left a 20% tip. The food was great & our 2 servers did a wonderful job, minus the steak knife incident.
