Does anyone know if Paris, Hong Kong (or Tokyo for that matter) are built on top of a utilidor system like WDW? I would think that they would have found a more cost effective way to keep the areas secure and unseen. It would seem that building a complex as "complex" as WDW would be way too cost prohibitive in todays dollars.
