I would request the DVD on Disney Cruise Line. That is great. From what I can see, there is so much for adults. I am counting the days for my cruise. You can also check out Disney World - The Largest Unofficial On-Line Guide to Disney World, Walt Disney World there are copies of the navigators which tell you what happens each day on the cruise.

As far as WDW, there is so much to do besides the rides. Depending on how old she is, she may enjoy visiting the spa. There is the Afternoon Tea at the Grand Floridian. Maybe if you get both videos of WDW and Disney Cruise Line, that may really help.

In my own opinion, cruising any time but hurricane season is my preference
