I'm going to imagine they would be browsing Times Square locations. There is so many tourist spots right there, the M&M's store, the Hershey store and a ton of other branded specialty conglomerates. It is definitely more "tourist laden" then any place in SoHo. I can't even imagine them moving down there. It would have to become a real destination trek for tourists, very much out of the way. The rents on 5th are obscene though. And even though we all know how expensive those Mickey shirts may seem to us, in reality, small ticket items can't bring in the same revenue as Cartier, Tiffany or Bergdorf, and therefore make the profit margin much, much smaller.
