I took my DD to Orlando last night so we could spend today, her 4th birthday, at Magic Kingdom. DH, DS and myslef all had Disney trips for our birthdays this year so it was only fair. We left DS and DH at home for a mommy/daughter trip and had a blast. We got up early this morning and headed to Magic Kingdom.
Once the rope dropped, our plan was to hit Splash Mountain first and then off to Thunder Mountain to get those done.
After finishing with Splash Mtn, we won Dream Fast Passes!! I was so thrilled being that we would only be there just today and we all know how long the lines at Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh can get!
The only other time I received a "dream" was May 5, 2007. I took a weekend trip with my sister and we won fast passes getting off of Space Mountain first thing in the morning.
I couldn't wait to call my husband this morning. HE IS BAD LUCK!! I have only won when I left him at home!! I packed an extra change of clothes hoping to sleep in the castle tonight, but this Cinderella had to go back home and start her chores!
The funny part of this story is that Magic Kingdom was sooooo empty today that nothing had more than a 10 minute wait. I couldn't even use most of my fast pass tabs because the fast pass lines were closed!! We walked in at 9am and were walking out at 1:30pm and completed everything, except Space Mountain- DD is too short!
It was a great 4th Birthday for my little princess!!
