You are probably right! I called today to see if there were any rooms at the PH or FR rate for the Tinkerbell Preview weekend . . . NOTHING . . . there were regular rooms, but I'm spoiled with the discount.
A year or so ago, I could call on a whim and get a room . . . not anymore, so either they are limiting the amount of discounted rooms OR FR (like myself and yourself) are taking up all the rooms!!
