Their computer decides & tells the dream team where to go. Example, it might say, go to space mountain & get the third person to exit off with a red shirt OR get the person sitting on the left side of the bench across from the gift shop at such & such. So there is nothing you can do to better your chances...just luck of being in the right place at the right time. I read of one man who won twice during one vacation!
