I agree. I've seen a lot of people on other boards upset about not getting a free upgrade at their resort or a dream during their trip. It makes me sad that a trip is ruined because they didn't get something extra. I try very hard not to expect anything more than we paid for so I don't get upset when it doesn't happen. My thoughts exactly. How special would these little things be if they happened every trip? They would be part of the package if they were suppose to always happen. I want exactly what I pay for. A clean room, park passes and whatever DDP I am on. I want everything to work in the room and I want the cast members to have customer service skills....that's it. It would be cool if all the rude people could stay home and they would open the parks only to me and my DD, but I don't want to push my luck
