I agree that they know what the job entails and what the pay is but, in my opinion,the "smile" would come easier if they got a living wage.I was responding to the question asked in the thread about expectations changing.I have learned alot from MB, and some of that is that the CM's don't always get the best deal from our money being spent.For me, my expectations did change based upon that. I don't expect Grand Floridian service at POP either.

But you are correct when you say it goes for all service fields.
