Thank you for all the replies. Great information!

Okay, we will plan -- at least a little bit! ;)

The PSCalculator is very helpful. I guess we'll be fighting for a breakfast reservation soon - and maybe some dinner reservations too! I didn't know about the Epcot character breakfast - that's a great tip.

The Passporter book was mentioned a couple of times. Apparently Mouseketrips (a site that has been recommended in this forum) gives a free copy of the book if you order your vacation package through them. Just thought I'd pass that on, in case anyone is thinking about ordering from them.

A few more questions, if you don't mind:

Regarding the buildings at the Polynesian, my understanding is that if we pick the concierge service then we will be in a particular building. What are the other buildings like? Any major differences or disadvantages? I like the idea of being not-too-far from the monorail, but it's not essential if there are better places to be. Also, how difficult is it to get the resort to honor a request for a top-floor room with a balcony? (We will probably get the lagoon view, and certainly wouldn't mind a view of the castle in the distance!)

With Tiffany Towncars, would we use our own carseats or do they provide them for the children? I assume we will be using our carseats on the airplane - is this correct? We have not flown with the girls before.

Strollers - I've read a few threads here and it seems more economical (and time saving) to bring our own. However, given how much we'll be taking already (not to mention taking home), the idea of dragging these along is not appealing. Can cheap little umbrella strollers be purchased at WDW for a reasonable price? If not, we might bite-the-bullet and spend the $15/day on a double stroller rental ... speaking of which, can stroller rentals be arranged at the resorts, or only at the parks?

Thanks again ... I keep thinking, 'If I can just get us to the hotel, the rest will be so easy ... ' :laugh
