I have noticed that they seem to give away more prizes during the morning. The other day I was at the Hall of Fame with some my cast members friends, after we met the princesses the Dream Squad was behind the door passing out ears. Unfortunately none of could win b/c we were all cast members. Another time I've seen them at One Man's Dream at DHS.

It seems like they are frequently areas that are less than visited than really popular areas.
