Chef Mickey's is A LOT of fun, but can be really noisy. Crystal Palace is also very good and a bit more laid back. The most relaxing one I have been to was O'Hana at the Poly with Lilo and Stitch.
You can't go wrong with either of these, just watch the noise level.
