With everything at WDW, they will make it available...at a cost. Any of your ideas will work. If you rent a car, they will pick you up/drop you off. Most, if not all resorts have their own shop with a decent selection of groceries. With the cost of convenience of having it at the resort, you will spend just as much...if not more to rent, taxi etc. Check you resort out and see what they have :)
