Maybe you could make her a pumpkin? They sell those pop-up nylon pumpkin trick or treat bags (easy to pack) in drug stores everywhere and you could bring some candy from home and then maybe buy a few things from Disney once you get there to make it more "Disney". It'd be the same thing basically. Oh and please add the toothbrush because I love that idea.
