I called 3 separate times yesterday (Monday, 6/15) to make my ADRs, and was told that the reservation software was down and to call back later each time. I just thought I'd see if anyone on here has been able to make ADRs today (Tuesday) or last night, before I bother with calling and being on hold for 20+ minutes again, only to have to call back again later. Not that I'm complaining...I do have fun just listening to the Disney hold music and thinking about how fun it's going to be to actually be back at WDW! :)
