What??? I hope you complained and told them about this? That's not acceptable at all. I'm surprised, but then again, I don't really remember hearing about an refurbs at POFQ recently. 'Cept for the pool. Maybe the room are next to be upgraded. I know our room at Riverside were like this, I was so disappointed . . .
