We did 'on line check in' in March for Pop Century and May for Ft. Wilderness. We always make our reservations by phone. Within 10 days of our reservation date I do the 'on line' check in. When you get to the resort you still talk to a CM but the line is real short if any. At Ft. Wilderness we still had to sit in line with the rest of the motor homes that didn't do the 'on line' check in.
