I have been going early May for the Flower and Garden Show and late October for the Food and Wine Festival and MNSSHP for the last 10 years or so. I have been there in the summer and probably would ride the boats in that summer heat. |
So I guess you pretty much agree with me. It gets to be too hot somewhere around May 15 and the heat begins to break around Oct 23.
I walked BWI to MGM and back in Sept 07, but I was pretty damp by the time I got to my destination. I did dry out, but it took about a half hour to air dry. And this was AFTER sunset!
