tiggerlover1971 and jmouse, thats really useful info!!
I dont know if I read it here or else where but I also found out that if you are using an EVC, at some ride they will (if you can ) have to transfer you to a manual wheelchair that they keep at the ride.

They do have the courtesy wheelchairs in the MGM parking lot. Perhaps they were all in use when you were there, Tiggerlover.

I think that the best handicap parking lot is MGM because it is the closest to the entrance. The handicap parking in MK stinks,in my opinion, because you still have quite a long way to walk to the TTC,because the tram doesn't stop at the handicap parking.

When I was there 4th of July weekend the only two parks that have a direct area that I know of are Mk and EPCOT there is not designated area in the parking lot for MGM I know this because we looked for it all over the lot for my mom so she didnt have to walk to the gates since she was having trouble walking

The courtesy wheelchair area at MGM is at the end of row 3 in the disabled parking area, closest to the bus lane.
