Well, the day I get home from the trip even before I start to unpack I begin to plan the next trip.
 I find that immersing myself in planning helps me to forget how much I miss being at WDW. I also will watch all of the home videos and look at the scrapbooks. VMK is also a great new help for PDD.

I used get thru the PDD by looking at the pics and my pin collection. Now I get thru it mainly by planning other people's vacation to WDW.
