World of Disney Store in NYC
I just revisited the WOD store in NYC today. Originally when I went in 2004 I posted that I was not too impressed. After today, I actually think it is pretty nice. They have some regular Disney stuff but also lots of things that are unique to NYC.
Overall, I think it is pretty nice. Pretty crowded too. If Disney botches this retail effort they are idiots!

Glad you liked it more on your second trip. I would love to get to see that store, but have no desire to go all the way up there to do it. I will have to just deal with the WDW stores..lol

It is a nice store, and they sell a lot of "Park Exclusive" memorabilia! It can get extremely crowded though! Plus, the last time my family and I went, it was during the Christmas shopping season!
 Great place if you need a Disney fix!!  I purchased a neat set of NYC Disney postcards in a little folder! A great Disney keepsake I thought!

I havent been there in a long time. I checked the site they have on line and from the pictures that I saw they really did alot of changes. I like the meet and greet with characters. I cant wait to go and check it out.
