Poll: What do you think of most Disney Merchandise for sale these days?

I will only buy what I really want and actually have a use for. My favorite merch is Disney park music cds. I also loved the attraction posters, before they went to the crappy, in store computer printed type.

I used to buy more until they changed the Disney Stores... Now I have to go to the outlet for the parks to get much of anything for me(suposed grown ups)... Still a kid at heart... but the clothes just will not fit....If they would make the gowns for adults that they make for children I would wear it...LOL..... I know when you read this you all will have a really good roll on the floor laugh....

We seem to buy more since the Disney Store's change. Prices better reflect quality.

I buy more at the Disney Store as well since the change. I read in another thread here that soon the merchandise ordered when Disney still owned the chain will soon run out, and the merchandise ordered by CP will take over.

I was in the store this past weekend, and I coud see there was some new women's clothing that was different from the few things I have seen online/ in catalogs (although these may have been around a while and I missed them

). There were some polos with a small character on them and some nice cotton pj's. There was also a collection of women's hooded zip sweatshirts with satin lettering across the front (like 'TINK'). Not a lot, but to me it was all new. This stuff seemed more like 'everyday' clothes, and was reasonably priced. I hope there is more to come.

There were a few new girls items as well, but they seemed sort of cheap so I passed on them. They were inexpensive, but didn't knock my socks off--I hope it's not a sign of what's to come. I am also hoping the character t's stay at least the same quality they are now. In my experience, they wash and wear well.

I am always happy with my purchases from DL. I still have a 35th anniv sweatshirt somewhere...

I haven't bought anything at the Disney Store near me in years. Once they changed the store, it was geared toward young children. It use to have a nice assortment of merchandise from young to adult. Also, the store use to be very cute inside with annomated Disney characters, but now it just has large cut outs. It would be nice if they would go back to their original design.

I used to visit my local Disney Store quite often, but now I haven't visited in a while. There's just not much left for anyone over about 13 to buy anymore.

The actual Disney logo stuff right...not the knock off? I buy everything that I like. It's somtimes pricey, but excellent quality. I have a sweatshirt that I paid $52 for three trips ago that still looks brand new. It's worn and washed often. I love how their clothing holds up. I have passed down many of my DD's Disney clothes and people can never believe how not new they are..lol I don't just buy everything however. I have my limits.

At World of Disney, I get eveything I like. Unfortunately, Disney really knows what I like.

I have found that my family really doesn't like too much from the Disney Stores any more. We have two stores near us (miles apart), and both feel like they've been in a flood recently-with the scent to match! That turns many people off from the stores. I never could figure that out, especially when both are in malls on the 2nd story. Perhaps leaky ceilings.

Some of the stuff is cheap and plastic, but other things seem well made. I prefer the merchandise at WDW. Especially the globes and clothing.
