Passholder Website

Is anyone else having problems logging on? I tried yesterday and today and I get the system error response.

I wrote to their support people a couple of weeks ago and their response was to clear out your internet cache and temporary files. It did the trick for me although I don't know why you have to do that, but what ever it works

I never have been able to get into the site without problems.

I have tried all four of our passes and it acts like they are not valid numbers.

We have always ad trouble with the website. We gave up a long time ago trying to access it.

I will try that, this computer I am using is fairly new ( less than a month)
so there should not be that much stuff in my files.

Thanks... but I do not know, When the disney website comes up, I click on passholders.. then it goes to a page that says " sorry system error, try back later"

It is kind of cheesy to me that you have to delete your temp internet files and cookies every few weeks or so. I actually had to do it this morning on my work PC. With all the billions Disney makes, you would think they could have the website be trouble free
