Hi Tigger-

You can always go to Disney's website and look at their new *magical gatherings* promotion. I think they even have a planning kit too.

I was married at WDW in 97' and we had a large group to plan for as well. I did most of it on my own, but we had many group mtgs far in advance. Everyone was to find most of their own transportation to WDW and then we planned on a few places to meet for group rides and meals. Alot of the family/friends wanted to do their own thing so that gave everyone enough freedom to enjoy both the wedding and the get togethers as well.

Good luck!!!

I would contact a travel agent who specializes in Disney vacations. There are great packages specifically for groups called Magical Gatherings. They can plan special group events for you and then make the rest of the time on your own. That way, you are all free to do as you like but you will also have together time that is pre-planned.:)

Hey Thanks everyone for your great suggestions.

We are looking at fall of 2006. I've gotten a lot of exciting feedback from my friends and family(FnF). I'll keep you posted on our progress.

(I hoping to have about 10 or more FnF meet us at the world, from all over the world...I hope we can pull it off. Like I said before the only thing most of these people have is their relationship to me and my DW! Oh and a love for Disney...)
