Santa Clause 2

We were able to see a sneak preview of the Santa Clause 2 this morning. (Yah, Disney Club!) I was very skeptical coming in, since Disney doesn't have a great track record with sequels. However, I really liked it, and though it was much better than the first one. I think it is a great Christmas movie, and all of my kids seemed to enjoy it. Even the reindeer were funny.

Hi!
My husband and kids got to go...I was working.
They loved it!
DH forgot the paper he was suppose to take (Disney Club), but they let him in anyway!
Hooray!
The boys just loved it and my daughter, who will be 17 soon, said Chet the reindeer was hilarious.

We got to see it yesterday, too, & I agree...I liked it even better than the 1st one! It's a "must buy" once it comes out. I didn't want it to be over!

We saw it too!! I really enjoyed it & thought it was hilarious!! But my 7 year old son wasn't to sure about the love story part  ! But he really enjoyed the reindeer passing gas (typical boy :laugh ). I would definately reccommend it as a holiday must see movie.

Cinderellafifi - me too! I rushed off to the DC site as soon as I read Mickey's note, but the offer was closed. I can't wait until this weekend! :D

Can you guys tell me if he meets Veronica again? I swear the woman in the previews looks like her. ("In your dreams, Sleighboy...")

I got to enjoy the sneak preview in Houston on this last Saturday. Mind you, I am 44 years old, and invited two of my girlfirends, late 40's and early 60's, to go with me. We had a ball. Of course, we cried at the appropriate portions of the show and then looked around to see if anyone saw us.

We voted that it was better than the first one and really enjoyed this one. Everyone needs to see this!

:D

Even though I haven't been fortunate enough to see the movie, I did see Tim Allen on one of the morning talk shows on tv this morning. I really admired how he handled questions. He always carefully couched his "transformation" and clearly stated that he was an actor who "played" Santa Claus in the movie. I was impressed with how he clearly had been coached to answer questions and discuss details. Typical Disney!

We went to see it on Sunday and we all enjoyed it! 3 year old DD kept shaking her "booty" like Santa the rest of the afternoon! :laugh  Hope she doesn't take that move to preschool this week...

Put my vote down for "highly recommended" that everyone go see Santa Clause 2!

Just goes to show ya...Our local "movie critic" said it wasn't very good & that the only thing saving it was Tim Allen. Really didn't recommend it at all unless you're a Tim Allen fan. What do they know?!:madmad

loved it

My hubby and I went to see The Santa Clause 2 over the weekend. We loved it! I especially liked the Christmas party scene (don't want to give it away!). Tim Allen was great--he's warm and funny, but never sappy. I would say that if you enjoyed the first Santa Clause then you will like the sequel. And if you didn't enjoy the first Santa Clause, then you are an ol' Grinch! LOL!

There were lots of kids in the audience and they all seemed to really enjoy it. At the end of the film, people applauded!
