Does 2D equal hand drawn animation? If so, YAY! If not, EH!

A welcome return to 2-D animation.
Provided it's done sensitively and warmly I think this is still the better medium. Pixar has it's value ( and a deservedly high one it is too ) but , for those of us who still love the old standards ( Snow White,Dumbo , Pinnochio etc ) 2-D animation is best. |

Pixar animation is fun, and I like the movies, but there's just something about "old school" animation that is so much more... I don't know, friendly? Enjoyable? I'm struggling to find a word. I just know I like it. It reminds me of when I was a kid. :)

I am so happy to hear this news. Will the new movie be made in California or Florida?

Can someone tell me the story of the frog prince? I am not familiar with it. But I am definitely excited for a hand-drawn motion picture!
