Tough. Really tough.
Finding Nemo is probably number one, but Cars really edged up there after I saw it. I ed it!! So Finding Nemo and Cars...tied.

That's a tough call. I'd have to (currently) go with Incredibles follwed closely by Cars and then Monsters Inc with Finding Nemo and both Toy Story films being close behind. Technically they are so close it would be a photo finish.
